RETURNS & REFUNDS
Puzzling Puzzles offers easy returns: if you don’t love it, return it! If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, just ship it back within 30 days of your invoice date for a full refund if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused.
Keep in mind, returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipping. We will refund shipping charges on defective items only.
Refunds will require you to provide banking details and will be direct debited into your account.
